There are two separation column and one clay bath system. According to the difference between the gravity of the shell and the nut, the light shell will be absorbed by using the cyclone system, while the heavy kernel will be transported to the kernel bin,in this section, the separation percentage is about 60%. The rest mixture will goes to the second separation column, also according to the difference between the gravity of the shell and the kernel, the separation percentage is about 90%, still there is 10% mixture, we do use the clay bath to separate the shell from the nut, in the CaCO 3 water, the shell will be separated from the kernel very easily.
